eFoil Hilton Head is the official affiliate for LIFT eFoil boards on Hilton Head Island, SC. We love our island, the water that surrounds us, and all activities on a board. We take you and your family out on private eFoil lessons designed to keep you safe and get you riding in the shortest amount of time. Most riders are up and riding the board in a matter of minutes.
